Securities of two issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On February 21, 2014 the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

• Common registered shares of PJSC "Odesaoblenergo" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 00131713; ticker in the trading system – ODEN);
• Registered Investment certificatesof ODMIF "UNIVER.UA/Mykhailo Grushevskyi:Government Securities Fund" under the management of LLC "AMC "Univer Management" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –33777261; ticker in the trading system – IFGRUS).
