On Friday, November 21, trades in USA have come to the end with decrease of main indexes, as investors pulled back and focused on remarks Thursday from Federal Reserve Chair. Janet Yellen pointed to a hike in interest rates next month. The Fed raised its key interest rate in December 2015, but it’s still at ultra-low levels that have fueled a multiyear global stock market boom. The minutes of the Fed's meeting Nov. 1-2 will be released Wednesday. On the day’s result, index Dow Jones has declined by 0.19%, S&P has lowered by 0.24%, Nasdaq has decreased by 0.23%.
European stock exchanges closed with decrease of main indexes. European Central Bank President Mario Draghi sent a strong signal Friday that the ECB will extend its €1.7 trillion ($1.8 trillion) bond-purchase program next month, warning that the eurozone’s weak economy remains clouded by risks and heavily reliant on the ECB’s stimulus. On the day’s result, British FTSE has declined by 0.28%, DAX (Germany) has lowered by 0.20%, CAC 40 (France) has decreased by 0.52%.
Decembers’ contractual price on Brent oil, grew by $0.37 to $46.86 per barrel.

In Ukraine
Trades on the Ukrainian stock exchange opened on a mixed territory, day passed without certain dynamics. Value of the UX index has increased declined by 0.92% to 805.29. Share trades capacity on the application market was equal to UAH 7.5 million. Trades capacity on the derivatives market was equal to UAH 5.7 million. Total trades capacity for yesterday — UAH 13.3 million.
From five shares of an index basket, four have risen. Leaders of growth were shares of Ukrnafta (+2.31%). Worse than market looked shares of Motor Sich (-0.05%).

The Ministry hopes that the GDP growth will be at least 1% by the end of the year and at the level of 3% in 2017.

Premarket

External background at the opening is moderately positive.
The Asian indexes are growing today. Nikkei rose by 0.77%, Hong Kong Hang Seng increasing by 0.21%.
Futures on American indexes are growing today from 0.06% to 0.19%.
Russian indexes as of 9:46 EET are rising — MICEX increasing by 0.48%, RTS growing by 1.11%.

Our expectations

We expect opening of the Ukrainian market by moderate growth.
In Europe, ECB President Draghi speaks (18:00 EET).
In the U.S., FOMC member Stanley Fischer speaks (17:00 EET).
