As a result, confident growth of quotations was there on European stocks.
American stock indices showed decrease on the opening, but soon stepped into plus affected by bullish signs from Europe.
News from Brussels and Berlin support yesterday splash of consumer activity. Angela Merkel claimed that German government is ready to provide its help to banks with insufficient capitalization if they cannot manage current market situation. German Ministry of Finance reported that German banks have enough capital because they increased liquidity after global financial crisis.
EUR-USD exchange rate consolidated after correctional growth yesterday.

That is why it cannot be kept for long without permanent informational support, because long-term trend of running from risks is still dominating.
