Unfortunately, we have to inform you that due to the resolution of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, UX licenses were revoked (NSSMC Resolution on revocation of licenses of the Ukrainian Exchange came into force – НКЦПФР|НАЦІОНАЛЬНА КОМІСІЯ З ЦІННИХ ПАПЕРІВ ТА ФОНДОВОГО РИНКУ).

At the same time, UX does not agree with the above-mentioned resolution and will continue to protect its legal interests in the court, since UX was acting in compliance with the effective Ukrainian laws starting from its establishment.
