Resumption of KMED shares trading

Starting from March 23, 2011 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of OJSC "Kyivmedpreparat" EDRPOU 00480862 (the code in the trading system - KMED) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from March 23, 2011, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with KMED shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
