Resumption of SMASH shares trading

Starting from April 01, 2011 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of OJSC "Sumy Frunze Machine Building Plant" EDRPOU 05747991 (the code in the trading system -SMASH) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from April 01, 2011, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with SMASH shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
