Bonds of two issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On April 26, 2011, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

• Ordinary registered bonds of LLC "Place", series A (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 36149681; ticker in the trading system – PLAC01).
• Ordinary registered bonds of LLC "Avtobortrans" series A,B  (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 31646774; ticker in the trading system – ABRT01, ABRT02).

These bonds are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
