Resumption of SZAR shares trading

Starting from May 13, 2011 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of OJSC "Simferopol plant avtoruliv" EDRPOU 00232101 (the code in the trading system - SZAR) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from May 13, 2011, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with SZAR shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
