Placement of registered coupon bonds of LLC "Agrokomplex" Zelena Dolyna", series A

From July 15, 2011 to December 30, 2011 registered coupon bonds of LLC "Agrokomplex" Zelena Dolyna" (ZDOL01), series A will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

Agrokompleks "Zelena Dolyna" is one of the largest agricultural producers in Vinnitsa region, (West Ukraine), belongs to "Terra Food" Company Group (TM "Bila Linya","Tulchynka","Tulchyn","Premialle", "Milk Life").

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.
