Resumption of NORD shares trading

Starting from July 19, 2011 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of PJSC "Nord" EDRPOU 13533086 (the code in the trading system - NORD) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from July 19, 2011, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with NORD shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
