Placement of registered trust bonds of LLC "Fora", series C

From July 25, 2011 to July 24, 2012 registered trust bonds of LLC "Fora" (FORA01) series C, will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

LLC "IP SECURITIES" will be acting as the underwriter for this securities offering.
