Bonds of LLC "BnC" series A, B to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On August 02, 2011, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

• discount registered bonds of LLC "BnC", series A (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 32557104; ticker in the trading system – BINC01).
• discount registered bonds of LLC "BnC", series B (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 32557104; ticker in the trading system – BINC02).

These bonds are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
