Derivatives market trading volume exceed UAH250 million

On the 9th of August 2011 the trading volume on the derivatives market of the Ukrainian Exchange reached UAH254,884,058 (USD31.7 million), as well as total number of transactions increased to 134,763 contracts (options trading volume – UAH 4,550,400 or 2,226 contracts). The previous record was done on 17th of May 2011 – UAH235,126,300 or 95,233 contracts. The total number of transactions on the derivatives market reached 11,101.

Total trading volume reached UAH458,144,280 (USD57.3 million); the total number of transactions reached 19,220.
