Securities of PJSC "Concern Galnaftogas" are transferred to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list

Effective August 17, 2011, ordinary registered shares of "Concern Galnaftogas" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 31729918; ticker in the trading system – GLNG) will be transferred to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

Transference takes place in accordance with §16.3 of the Trading rules of PJSC Ukrainian Exchange.
