Securities of three issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On September 21, 2011, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

• Common registered shares of OJSC "CUIFCT "INEKO Real Estate" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 34714705; ticker in the trading system – IFINRI).
• Common registered shares of OJSC "CUIFCT "INEKO Direct-Investments" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 34714731; ticker in the trading system – IFINPI).
• Ordinary registered bonds of PJSC "Automobile Company "Bogdan Motors" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 05808592; ticker in the trading system – LUAZ02).

These securities are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
