Placement of registered coupon bonds of LLC "VAB Liasing", series B

From October 17, 2011 to October 16, 2012 registered coupon bonds of LLC "VAB Liasing" (VABL01) series B, will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

PJSC " VAB Bank" will be acting as the underwriter for this securities offering.
