Suspension of RAZT shares trading

Starting from November 01, 2011 by the order of the depositary AUSD due to beginning of the procedure for dematerialization of registered ordinary shares of OJSC "Rivneazot" EDRPOU 05607824 (the code in the trading system -RAZT) circulation of the given securities in the depository system is suspended. Starting from 01.11.2011 until the end of the dematerialization procedure conclusion of transactions with RAZT shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith , as well as release of those securities is not allowed.

Resumption of registered ordinary shares of  RAZT "Rivneazot" trading on the PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange" to be announced later.
