Placement of registered coupon bonds of ALLC "Cukrovik", series A,B

From November 23, 2011 to November 01, 2012 registered coupon bonds of ALLC "Cukrovik" (CUKR01) series A, (CUKR02) series B will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

OJSC " Prominvestbank" will be acting as the underwriter for this securities offering.
