Bonds of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", series D to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On December 22, 2011, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

• Ordinary registered bonds of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" series D (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –00039019; ticker in the trading system –USCB01).

These bonds are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
