Placement of registered coupon bonds of PJSC "U.F.C" series B,C,D

From February 21, 2012 to September 19, 2012 registered coupon bonds of PJSC "U.F.C" will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

Series B (UFCI02) from February 21, 2012 to March 19, 2012.
Series C (UFCI03) from March 20, 2012 to June 19, 2012.
Series D (UFCI04) from June 20, 2012 to September 19, 2012.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.
