New parameters of UX Index will come to effect on March 16, 2012

On February 28, 2012 at the meeting of the Index Committee of the Ukrainian Exchange the following resolutions were taken:

1. Exclude from the UX Index constituents list:

    • Shares of PJSC "Ukrtelecom" (UTLM);
    • Shares of PJSC "Krukivsky Carriage Works" (KVBZ);
    • Shares of PJSC "Yasynivka Cokery Plant" (YASK);
    • Shares of PJSC "Stirol" (STIR);
    • Shares of JSC "Stakhanov railway car building works" (SVGZ).

2. Approve waiting list for including to the UX Index constituents list:

    • Shares of PJSC "Krukivsky Carriage Works" (KVBZ);
    • Shares of PJSC "Yasynivka Cokery Plant" (YASK);
    • Shares of JSC "Stakhanov railway car building works" (SVGZ).

3. Approve waiting list for excluding from the UX Index constituents list:

    • Shares of JSC "Ukrnafta" (UNAF)

4. Free-float weight of JSC "Azovstal" (AZST) put to the absentee voting.
5. Approve the following UX Index parameters coming into effect on March 16, 2012.
