Resumption of KRAZ shares trading

Starting from May 28, 2012 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of PJSC "AvtoKrAZ" EDRPOU 05808735 (the code in the trading system - KRAZ) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from May 28, 2012, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with KRAZ shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
