Securities of four issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On June 21, 2012, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

  • Ordinary registered bonds of LLC "Factoring Finance" series A (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –36125262; ticker in the trading system –FFIN01).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC IG "Ineko" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –22925945; ticker in the trading system –INEKO).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC CNIFCT "Ineko-Direct Investments" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –34714731; ticker in the trading system –IFINPI).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC CNIFCT "Ineko Real Estate" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –34714705; ticker in the trading system –IFINRI).

  These shares are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
