Discount registered bonds LLC "BnC" series B, to be removed from the list of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange

On September 11, 2012, the Quotation List Committee of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange decided to exclude the following securities from the stock exchange’s list:

Discount registered bonds LLC "BnC" series B (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 32557104), due to the end of the term to maturity.

This decision becomes effective on the 12 of September, 2012.
