Placement of registered coupon bonds of LLC "Cherkassy autochemistry plant", series А

From December 13, 2012 to November 11, 2013 registered coupon bonds of LLC "Cherkassy autochemistry plant" (CHEZ01) series A, nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

LLC "Absolute Finance" will be acting as the underwriter for this securities offering.
