Securities of PJSC "AC "Bogdan Motors" are transferred from the 1st to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list

Effective December 03, 2012, ordinary registered shares of PJSC "AC "Bogdan Motors" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 05808592; ticker in the trading system – LUAZ) will be transferred from the 1st to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

Transference takes place in accordance with §16.3 of the Trading rules of PJSC Ukrainian Exchange.
