Securities of four issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On January 17, 2013, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

  • Ordinary registered bonds of State Enterprise "Dnieper railway", series C (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 01073828; ticker in the trading system – PRDZ01).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC "Truskavets Hotels" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 03348637; ticker in the trading system – HTRU).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC "Power Supply "Chernivtsioblenergo" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 00130760; ticker in the trading system – CHEN).
  • Preference registered shares of PJSC "Ukrgazbank" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 23697280; ticker in the trading system – UGZBP).

These securities are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
