Securities of PJSC "AC "Bogdan Motors" transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective February 01, 2013, ordinary registered shares of PJSC "AC "Bogdan Motors" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 05808592; ticker in the trading system – LUAZ) іs excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of "non-listing" securities of Ukrainian Exchange.

Transference takes place in accordance with §17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
