Securities of three issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On April 03, 2013, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

  • Common registered shares of PJSC "Vilkovsky pressing plant sites" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –14311583; ticker in the trading system – VZPV).
  • Preference registered shares of PJSC "Ukrgazbank" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –23697280; ticker in the trading system – UGZBP).
  • Ordinary registered bonds of PJSC "Concern Hlibprom", series F (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –05511001; ticker in the trading system – HLPR06).

These securities are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
