Placement of registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance", series F, G, H, I, J, K

From June 10, 2013 to November 30, 2013 registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance" (RENI01) series F nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

From June 18, 2013 to December 11, 2013 registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance" (RENI02) series G nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

From June 25, 2013 to December 25, 2013 registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance" (RENI03) series H nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

From July 09, 2013 to June 08, 2014 registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance" (RENI04) series I nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

From July 16, 2013 to June 15, 2014 registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance" (RENI05) series J nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

From July 23, 2013 to June 22, 2014 registered ordinary bonds of LLC "ABC "Renaissance" (RENI06) series K nominated in Ukrainian hryvnia will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.
