Decision of Index Commitee

September 2, 2013, on the meeting of the Ukrainian Exchange Index committee following decision was approved:

1. Don’t make any changes into components list of UX Index and UXagro Index.
2. Remain free-float coefficients for UX and UXagro Indices as it was approved before.
3. Approve waiting list for excluding from the UX Index constituents list:
• Ukrsotsbank (USCB)
• Enakievo Metallurgical Plant (ENMZ)
4. Approve waiting list for including to the UX Index constituents list:
• Krukivsky Carriage Works (KVBZ)
• North Ore Mining and Processing Plant (SGOK)
