Decision of the Index Committee

On June 2, 2014, on the meeting of the Ukrainian Exchange Index Committee following decision was approved:

1. To elect Bespyatov Andrew (Dragon Capital) as the Chairman of the Index Committee.
2. Do not make any changes into components list of UX Index and UXagro Index.
3. Approve waiting list for excluding from the UX Index components list:

• Ukrsotsbank (USCB)

4. Approve waiting list for including to the UX Index components list:

• Krukivsky Carriage Works (KVBZ);
• North Ore Mining and Processing Plant (SGOK);
• Poltava Ore Mining and Processing Plant (PGOK);
• Ukrtelecom (UTLM).

5. Approve waiting list for excluding from the UXagro Index components list:

• KSG argo S.A. (KSG)

6. Approve free-float coefficients for Ukrsotsbank (USCB) – 0.5%.

Based on the decisions of the Index Committee UX Index will be recalculated. New parameters will take effect from June 17, 2014.
