NSSMC decision to revoke the license of the Ukrainian Exchange has been canceled

On January 26, 2016 the appeal of the Ukrainian Exchange on the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission to revoke the exchange license (as of 17.11.2015) was satisfied by the Licensing Expert and Appeal Board of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine. Therefore, the decision of NSSMC has been canceled.

Ukrainian Exchange runs in standard mode (operates in the usual trading schedule).
