Artemiy Yershov, CEO
Born in Kyiv in 1972, graduated from Kyiv State Economic University, majoring in international economic relations.
From 1994 to 2007, Mr Yershov was a top manager in Askold Bank, BrokBusinessBank, First Investment Bank, Clearing House Bank, Ukrtelecom, Oschadbank. In 2007-2013, the CEO of the investment company "Troika Dialog Ukraine", then - the Deputy CEO of Sberbank Ukraine.
In 2009-2020, Artemiy was a member of the supervisory boards of PFTS (later - "Stock Partnership"), Trastakomercbanka, Ukrainian Exchange, and Alfa-Bank. Currently, he is the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PARD.
In 1998, Artemiy worked in the public sector as the head of the Department of Foreign Investment and Loans of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The CEO of Ukrainian Exchange since April 2020.

Olga Bazhkova, The First Deputy CEO
Born in Shostka, Sumy region. Graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv with a degree in economic cybernetics.
Olga joined the exchange as an accountant in 2008 after her work in Troika Dialog Ukraine.
She was appointed Chief Accountant in 2009 and the First Deputy CEO in 2018.

Olga Perevertun, Deputy CEO
Born in Kyiv, Olga is a graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University, Faculty of Finance.
Before joining the Trade Department of the exchange in 2009 she worked in Alfa Bank.
Mrs Perevertun was appoined Head of the Trade Department in 2019 and Deputy CEO in 2019.
