Resumption of SZLV shares trading

Starting from July 07, 2011 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of OJSC "Shipyard Zaliv" EDRPOU 14307251 (the code in the trading system -SZLV) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from July 07, 2011, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with SZLV shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
