Placement of registered coupon bonds PJSC "Megabank", series I

From August 15, 2011 to February 15, 2012 registered coupon bonds of PJSC "Megabank" (MEGA09) series I, will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

LLC "Investment Capital Ukraine" and PJSC "VTB Bank" will be acting as the underwriters for this securities offering.
