Placement of registered coupon bonds of PJSC "Ukrtelecom", series M

From September 13, 2011 to December 02, 2012 registered coupon bonds of PJSC "Ukrtelecom" (UTEL11) series M, will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

LLC Investment Company "Troika Dialog" will be acting as the underwriter for this securities offering.
