Securities of PJSC "Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol" are transferred to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list

Effective November 01, 2012, ordinary registered shares of PJSC "Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 00191129; ticker in the trading system – MMKI) will be transferred to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

Transference takes place in accordance with §16.3 of the Trading rules of PJSC Ukrainian Exchange.
