Securities of two issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On March 12, 2013, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

  • Common registered shares of PJSC "Ilyichevskvneshtrans" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 01860124; ticker in the trading system – ILZT).
  • Registered Investment certificates of CNUIF "Investment Capital - Bonds Fund" under the management of LLC "AMC "Investment Capital Ukraine" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 34486135; ticker in the trading system – IFFOB).

These securities are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
