RTS decreases its share in the Ukrainian Exchange to 40%
In accordance with the terms of the Agreement on establishing the Ukrainian Exchange, OJSC, signed by the shareholders in May 2008, RTS is to distribute 6% of the shares among the most active market participants while 3% of shares is to be distributed among top managers of the exchange as part of option agreements.
The Exchange Committee of the Ukrainian Exchange has approved a composite indicator of traders’ activity, which is comprised of the following trading results for the first 9 months of the exchange work:
- volume of concluded trades;
- number of trades;
- number of days on which at least one trade was concluded.
