Resumption of PVBD shares trading

Starting from July 04, 2011 due to the complete dematerialization procedure, trading in registered ordinary shares of OJSC "Pivdenshlyahbud" EDRPOU 03450620 (the code in the trading system -PVBD) is resumed in the depository system AUSD.

Starting from July 04, 2011, the ban on the conclusion of transactions with PVBD shares, settlement of previously concluded deals herewith, as well as release of those securities is lifted.
